What did you enjoy about playing at Selby?The most memorable time was the colts. Great bunch of lads, we had such a laugh, played together, nights out together... the team spirit was immense!! Good times!
What did playing rugby teach you?Respect. Players and officials.. but also to enjoy it.

Most memorable moment:Rushing off pitch to get to York from Wharfedale RUFC, for the birth of my first son. And we were winning!!
Funniest think you’ve seen on a rugby pitch:The colts dinners!! Say no more!
Who/what do you miss the most?The camaraderie.

Lockdown perception:Structure to the day. Usually goes like this...
- morning 6k run, helps with mental wellbeing
- work till lunch
- break for lunch, do something not work related.
- work till 3.30pm (end of school day)
- family activity outside if nice
- work a bit more
- cook a nice meal for tea
- watch a film / series later
- sleep well (hopefully)
