Mind

Counselling
If you feel you, or someone you know may benefit from counselling, Selby Rugby Club may be able to help with some initial sessions. Talk to one of Mental Health First Aiders to find out more or email letstalk@selbyrufc.com.

NHS Counselling Service

Private counselling
There are many private counsellors around and their fees can range from between £30 and £100 per session. Ensure you receive help from a QUALIFIED and REGISTERED therapist by looking for one on the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) website
