Bring water bottles and trainers to start with, if you like it rugby boots and gum shield essential.
From September
Training on a Wednesday evening at 7-8.15pm.
Meet 6.45pm for warm up.
Matches are on most Sunday afternoons .
Clubhouse always open for drinks, snacks and TV.
