Whether you're an experienced player, returning to rugby after some time away, looking to get your children involved in the game, or you've never picked up a rugby ball before, there's a place for you at Selby RUFC.

We're proud to be a welcoming, family-friendly club where players of all ages and abilities can enjoy rugby, make new friends and be part of a supportive community both on and off the pitch.

New to Rugby? Give It a Go!

If you're completely new to rugby or new to the club, there's no pressure to commit straight away. We offer all new players three weeks to come along, get involved and see what it's all about before signing up.

It's the perfect opportunity to meet your teammates, learn the game and experience everything Selby RUFC has to offer.

Senior Rugby - Men & Women

Our Senior Men's training has already begun, and new players aged 18+ are welcome to join at any time. Training takes place every Tuesday and Thursday from 7.00pm, whether you're an experienced player, returning to the game or looking to give rugby a try for the first time.

Our Women's Team begins pre-season training on Monday 13th July @ 7.00 pm, and they're always keen to welcome new players of all abilities.

Youth Rugby Returns Soon

Our Under 13s to Under 18s boys' and girls' teams return for pre-season training in August.

All other junior age groups, from our youngest players through to Under 12s, return on Sunday 6th September.
