Training 17th March 2022

Thursday saw the team at their first evening session with 20 players attending.
Focus was put into fitness, teamwork, rucking and evasion work.
Real good commitment from all the players and we also had good weather on our side.
Next session is a match at Wetherby where we can put practice into action.
