Driffield Festival saw the Selby squad take 2 teams to play against Driffield, Beverley, York and Goole today in conditions that were good, if not a bit cold at times.

The 2 teams played some excellent rugby and caught the eye of a number of teams with how well they were managing the games themselves especially on the rucks and with some excellent commitment when tackling.

Most games were won by Selby with a few tough games as well where players had to dig deep to get over the try line.

There were some outstanding performances and the players showed how good a team they are.

Next 2 sessions are trainings and then we finish off with 2 fixtures, firstly our own festival at Selby and a final game at Goole.
