Training Session

Although we are moving away from summer it was a warm session today. We completed the last of our 4 training sessions before the games start today and there were 20 children all working hard on their tackling and and game techniques. These 4 weeks have really seen the kids come on and getting into a position where they will be well prepared for the first match.
We split the session into 3 areas today with 4 groups of kids and each group had 2 technique sessions and 2 games to bring them up speed with the rules and the flow of the game.
Special mentions went to Ollie Kierans, Reuben, Evie, Freddy Williams and Elias for their efforts in the session helping their team mates.
Special mentions to parents Rod, Jo, Sarah and Helen for car parking duties, you were all excellent.
