The players and friends from Selby Rugby Club and Selby Relic Cyclists are getting on their bikes to ride the Selby to Wetherby RUFC route or the shorter Ryther loop in memory of their team captain Tom Edwards and fellow club members, Daz Baggaley and Ian Clapham.

The bike ride will start at Selby RUFC's Clubhouse on Sandhill Lane taking them through the leafy villages of Yorkshire. Cyclists joining the Wetherby route are asked to arrive and register from 9.30 am and will depart between 10 and 10.15 am. The shorter Ryther loop will depart at 10.30 am.

Entry is a suggested donation of £25 which will include refreshments once back at Sandhill Lane and all proceeds will go to Grassroots Suicide Prevention.

For anyone who doesn't have a bicycle but would like to join in this event, there will be a Club BBQ from 3 o'clock onwards at Selby Rugby Club - join us for a drink or two and welcome our cyclists back!
