The estimated cost will be around £2,500 per person (final prices depend on flights and hotels).

Choosing 2028 gives everyone time to save—£100 per month comfortably covers it.
We’ll also encourage groups to run fundraisers and seek sponsorship to bring costs down for everyone.

To secure your place, a £250 non-refundable deposit will be required (refundable only if the tour doesn’t go ahead or if the tour format changes and affects eligibility).

A dedicated tour bank account and deposit link will be shared shortly.

Standing orders/payment schedules can then be set up.

You will also need to be a paid up member at Selby RUFC for the 2027/28 season and if you are a player, registered on the RFU GMS database.

We’ll review viability in the New Year based on deposits and playing numbers with final decision confirmed by the end of January.
