Sunday 19th March saw the second ever Selby Girls Festival.
Following on from the success of the first year, this developmental festival saw girls from all over the region coming together to play in the spirit of Rugby.
The U13s Girls team won all of their matches, conceding only one try throughout the event.
They played some familiar faces including Scarborough, Pontefract and Sandal and had the opportunity to make new friends against Driffield, Hull and York RI.
It was great to see the Selby girls' sportsmanship when four of the pens joined Hull Ionians, allowing them to play an extra game.
Overall, it was a dominant performance from the Pens with the girls passing 30 wins for the season.
