Training 5th September 2021

Excellent training session today where the good weather was with us and we welcomed 4 new players to the squad Jack, Fin, Bill and Elias.

32 players took part today in a session focused on tackling techniques. This is especially important as we have 3 more weeks until our first game which give us chance to continue to build confidence in the players.

After an initial warm up the team went in rotation around 4 different groups to learn and put into practice techniques. Everyone really got stuck in and there were a good number of tired faces towards the ends, including the coaches.

Special mentions go out to Eoin, Evie, Jack C, Fin J and Elias for really getting involved and working to the outcomes of the session.

As we have some new starters, this is a good opportunity to remind everyone that children must have gum shields to play.
