Please make sure the boys wear a training top or rugby shirt for training. The hoodies are not for training (they are keeping warm in between sessions etc) and are dangerous when we go into a contact session. Equally without a training top / shirt it is difficult to teach the boys the proper binding techniques for the scrummage and rucks as there is nothing to bind on.

Can you let Dan or myself know if you are available for this week and the coming week as we are preparing to pick the cup squad for the semi final on the 6th Feb. Early notice that you aren't available for either training or games would be good.

Well done again to the boys for last Sunday. It was another very good show from them. They get better and better!!
