Selby RUFC would like to invite enthusiastic, committed and qualified coaches to show an expression of interest in the role of lead coach of the Selby Senior Ladies squad for the season 2019-20.

Selby RUFC has four senior teams, the 1st XV currently 4th in the Yorkshire 1 Division. A thriving junior section and a girls section u13s-18s with around 70 girls training regularly.

With the success of Women & Girls rugby, Selby RUFC are looking to develop their fledgling senior ladies section and require a coach to take on this challenge for the 2019/20 season and in preparation for the current u18 girls to join next season, completing rugby for all at Selby.

The applicant will need to demonstrate their vision and plans for women's rugby at Selby RUFC. It would be advantageous to be a qualified RFU Level 2 coach (or equivalent).
The playing group is likely to be around 15 players with the intention to increase in numbers so we would also like the applicant to highlight any assistant coaches that would form part of the coaching team to ensure the best coach to player ratio possible.

Time commitment for Senior Ladies is every Wednesday evening 7-8.15pm for training and matches will be played either Friday evenings under lights or Saturday mornings.
