Selby RUFC would like to invite enthusiastic, committed and qualified coaches to show an expression of interest in the role of lead coach of the Selby under 18s girls squad for the season 2019-20.

The applicant will need to demonstrate their vision and plans for girls / womens rugby at Selby RUFC and how the 18s would fit in with other groups that directly relate to them – ie. 15s and potentially a senior ladies squad.

It would be advantageous to be a qualified RFU Level 2 coach (or equivalent).

The playing group is likely to be around 20 players so we would also like the applicant to highlight any assistant coaches that would form part of the coaching team to ensure the best coach to player ratio possible.
