We are back to pre season training this Thursday 27th. Please be at the club for a 6.30 start. This session is a fun welcome back and meet and greet evening, this year we are training with the under 15. This joint training was started last year to improve the quality of the training given to the players with great results. Jamie and myself will be down to explain the format for this year.

Please can we all make a effort to be down on Thursday. We had a great season last year and we want to keep on progressing forward. Pre season is a ten week programme so knowing numbers is very important. We will be emailing, Facebook (team heath restricted page) and club page for weekly info. Please can you respond when required.
